MLG&W Comes to Their Senses

After years of tolerating folks not paying their utility bills & not cutting off service in the winter they've made a change. They will now cut off service if you don't pay your bill. What a brilliant idea;-) Hopefully the new leadership will make more sensible moves in the future making the scandals & idiocy of past a distant memory.
